Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and refunds within New Zealand.

We currently ship New Zealand–wide only.
Order Processing Time

- Orders placed before 12 PM are dispatched the same business day.

- Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Delivery Time

- Urban Areas: 1–3 business days

- Rural Areas: 2–5 business days
Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons, sales periods, or courier delays.

- FREE shipping on orders over $79

- Orders under $79 → flat rate $6.90 within NZ
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking link via email.
All parcels are shipped securely from New Zealand with reliable NZ couriers.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to shop with confidence.
If there’s an issue with your order, we are here to make things right.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

- It is in the same condition as delivered

- You can provide proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items (Important)
Due to New Zealand health, safety, and hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

- Opened or used supplement products

- Any ingestible wellness products

- Personal care items
-
- Gift cards

- Digital or downloadable items
If a returned item is opened, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, we cannot process a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours.
Send us:

- Clear photos of the product

- Packaging photos (if applicable)
We will replace the item at no cost.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll receive an email confirming we have received your return
- We’ll notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
Processing times vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
If your refund is delayed:

- Contact your bank (some processing delays are normal)

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or part of an incorrect shipment.

Return Shipping Costs

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

- Shipping fees are non-refundable

- If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted
For high-value items, we recommend:

- Adding shipping insurance
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels without tracking.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you:

- You will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item

- Once the returned product is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you
If the item was not purchased as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
