All orders are shipped from New Zealand.

Shipping is free on orders over $79.
Orders under $79 have a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.90.

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

4. What is your return policy?

You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Opened supplement products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

5. What should I do if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us within 48 hours at hello@nature365.co.nz with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
