RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Nature365, we take great pride in the quality of our premium health supplements and Manuka honey. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period are unfortunately not eligible for a return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be unopened and unused, with all original security seals intact.

It must be in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. International Returns (Australia)

Return Shipping: Customers in Australia are responsible for return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Non-Refundable Costs: Return shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.

Customs Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties or taxes paid on the original shipment to Australian authorities are non-refundable by Nature365. Customers should contact Australian Customs directly for duty refund inquiries.
5. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

7. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we maintain strict return exceptions:

Health Supplements & Manuka Honey: These products cannot be returned once the original seal is broken. This ensures the integrity and safety of the products for all our customers.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, in accordance with New Zealand and Australian consumer laws.
8. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at hello@nature365.co.nz if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
9. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
10. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund Currency: Refunds will be processed in the original currency of purchase (AUD for Australian orders, NZD for New Zealand orders).

Currency Fluctuations: Please note that refund amounts may differ slightly from the original purchase price due to currency exchange rate fluctuations between the date of purchase and the date of refund.
