At Nature365, we are dedicated to delivering New Zealand’s finest wellness products straight to your door. We ensure every order is handled with care and dispatched as quickly as possible.

1. Shipping Destinations & Origin

  • Origin: All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our facilities in Auckland, New Zealand (NewHealth and NZMA fulfillment centers).
  • Destinations: We currently ship to all valid addresses within New Zealand and Australia.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

[New Zealand]

  • Free Shipping: Orders over NZD $75.
  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout for orders under $75.
  • Estimated Delivery: 2 - 4 Business Days.

[Australia]

  • Free Shipping: Orders over AUD $100 (Up to 5kg).
  • Weight-Based Shipping (Under AUD $100):
    • 0 - 0.5kg: AUD $12.00
    • 0.5 - 1kg: AUD $18.00
    • 1 - 2kg: AUD $25.00
    • 2 - 5kg: AUD $42.00
  • Maximum weight per order: 5kg.
  • Estimated Delivery: 7 - 10 Business Days.

3. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for the link to update.
  • Split Shipping: Since we operate from two specialized warehouses (NewHealth & NZMA), items in a single order may arrive in separate packages.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Australia)

All shipments to Australia are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

  • Nature365 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  • For orders under AUD $1,000, Australian GST (10%) typically applies.
  • For orders over AUD $1,000, additional customs duties may apply.
  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned to sender; in this case, original shipping costs will not be refunded.

2. Refund Policy

1. International Returns (Australia)

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns. We recommend using a tracked service.
  • Non-refundable: Original shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Refund Currency & Exchange Rates

  • Refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase (AUD for AU, NZD for NZ).
  • Refund amounts may differ slightly from the original price due to currency exchange rate fluctuations.

3. Customs Fees & Taxes

  • Any customs duties or taxes paid on the original shipment are non-refundable by Nature365. Customers must contact Australian Customs directly for duty refund inquiries.

4. Terms of Service

  • Compliance: Customers are responsible for compliance with all import regulations and restrictions in their destination country.
  • Delays: Nature365 is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
  • Weight Restrictions: Orders are subject to a maximum weight of 5kg per order for Australian destinations.
